The Nissan deals are all for 2010 model vehicles and all deals end on 4/30/2010. And of course, as usual, you can take either the low interest loan deal or the rebate, but not both.

These Nissan incentives are fairly agressive and are genuinely good deals if you are in the market for one of their vehicles.

Here is a summary of the current Nissan deals being offered for April:

Nissan Altima – $1000 rebate or 0% APR for 12-36 months, 1.9% for 48-60 months

Nissan Armada – $4000 rebate or 0% APR for 12-60 months

Nissan Frontier – $2000 rebate or 0% APR for 12-36 months, 0.9% for 48-60 months

Nissan Maxima – $2500 rebate or 0% APR for 12-60 months

Nissan Murano – $1250 rebate or 0% APR for 12-36 months, 0.9% for 48-60 months

Nissan Pathfinder – $2500 rebate or 0% APR for 12-36 months, 0.9% for 48-60 months

Nissan Rogue – $1250 rebate or 0% APR for 12-36 months, 0.9% for 48-60 months

Nissan Sentra – $2000 rebate or 0% APR for 12-60 months, 1.9% for 72 months

Nissan Titan -  $4000 rebate or 0% APR for 12-36 months, 0.9% for 48-60 months

Nissan Versa – $1500 rebate or 0% APR for 12-36 months, 0.9% for 48-60 months

Nissan Xterra – $2250 rebate or 0% APR for 12-60 months

There are customer rebates, low-interest loans, 0% loans, and a few good lease deals. The lease deals are genuinely good deals except that only a few models and styles have the deals. So, if you like the model/stye being promoted, you can get an excellent car lease without further negotiations.

All the current Nissan deals end on 2/1/2010.

Here are some examples of the new Nissan deals:

2010 Nissan Altima – $1000 rebate, or 1.9% APR loan for 12/24/36/48/60 months — or a special lease deal on the 2.5S CVT sedan ($189 a month, 39 months, 12K miles per year, and $2889 due at signing) or a special lease deal on the 2.5S CVT coupe ($269 a month, 36 months, 12K miles per year, and $2999 due at signing).

2010 Nissan Pathfinder – $2500 rebate, or 0.9% APR loan rate for 12/24/36 months, 1.9% for 48/60 months — or a special lease deal on the Pathfinder S 4WD model ($329 a month, 39 months, 12k miles per year, $2999 due at signing)

2010 Nissan Versa – $750 rebate, or 1.9% APR loan for 12/24/36/48/60 months

2009 Nissan Versa – $1250 rebate, or 0% APR loan for 12/24/36 months, 1.9% for 48/60 months

2010 Nissan Sentra – $500 rebate, or 0.9% APR loan rate for 12/24/36/48/60 months — or a special lease deal on the Sentra 2.0 SR model ($149 a month, 39 months, 12 miles per year, $2449 due at signing)

2009 Nissan Rogue – $1250 rebate, or 1.9% for 12/24/36/48/60 months

There are similar deals on most other Nissan models. Special lease deals are available for certain models of the Nissan Rogue, Murano, Maxima, Frontier, Armada, and Cube (2009 model).

Let’s start with the 2009 Nissan 350Z which, as you might know, is being replaced by the 2010 370Z. This makes for some excellent deals on the leftover 350Z cars, including the convertible models. A factory-to-customer rebate of $2500 is being offered, as well as $2500 factory-to-dealer cash, which can’t be combined with the rebate but can be combined with the low-interest loan also being offered (0.9% for 12/24/36 months and 1.9% for 48/60 months).

The 2010 Nissan Armada large SUV is the only 2010 model being promoted with factory-to-customer rebates. The rebate is $4000. Or you can go for a low interest loan that ranges from 1.9% to 3.9%, depending on the length of the loan.

On 2009 models, there is whopping $5000 rebate on the Nissan Titan truck.

The Nissan Altima Hybrid gets a very nice $3250 rebate or 0% APR loan for 12/24/36/48/60 months.

The Nissan Quest minivan and Frontier truck has a $3000 rebate, or 0% APR for 12/24/36 months.

There is a $2500 rebate for the Nissan Pathfinder SUV or 1.9%-2.9% APR loan rates.

For the Nissan Xterra, you can have a $2000 factory-to-customer rebate, or a low-APR loan.

Then for the Nissan Sentra, you have a choice of $1500 rebate or 0% APR loan.

Next, there is a $1250 rebate for the small Nissan Versa or 0% APR loan rate.

The Nissan Maxima, Murano, and Rogue have no rebates being offered but do have low-interest loans – 1.9% APR to 4.9% APR depending on length of loan.

Nissan is laying out some very good cash-back rebates as well as many low interest loans, including 0% APR on the big Armada SUV and 0.9% on the Titan truck. The incentives generally apply to most models and most styles with each model line. The good deals end on June 1, 2009.

We especially like the deal on the 350Z, which is being offered because the new 370Z is taking it’s place. But many people still prefer the classic styling of the 350Z. Here’s a chance to pick up the older model at a good deal.

Again, we’ll remind you that incentives can vary depending on what region of the country you live in. Some deals are not available everywhere. Also be reminded that low interest rate loans are only available to “qualified” customers who have good credit and cannot be combined with rebate offers.

Unfortunately, there are no current incentives on the hot new Nissan 370Z sports car.
